Mine is runed Swift/Energy as well. But I'm using SPD/HP%/Acc% on 2/4/6 because I don't have enough Acc on substats yet. I'm still waiting on better runes for him. That being said, HE IS STILL AWESOME! Even with my crappy runes (about 15k HP, 164 SPD, 61% Acc), I still use Vero all the time.
